ART IN THE HIGH DESERT SET FOR AUGUST 24-26

Art in the High Desert, the nationally recognized show and sale of fine arts and crafts, takes place on the grassy banks of the Deschutes River in the Old Mill District for three days, August 24-26. Thanks to its growing public support, Art in the High Desert retained its place as “10th in the Nation” for sales, out of over 600 shows reviewed in the Art Fair Sourcebook.  A juried event, Art in the High Desert showcases 115 professional visual artists, many nationally acclaimed.  This is a unique opportunity to meet creators and buy original art from some of the top artists in North America, including Central Oregon.  Fifteen categories of art will be represented from painting to wood, glass, photography, wearables, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, and more. New this year, no dogs will be allowed to increase safety. ArtInTheHighDesert.com
