Dashing Through the Snow
1 oz Cascade Alchemy Chai Tea Vodka
1 oz Cascade Alchemy Vodka
1.5 oz cream
.5 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
1 oz Caramel Liqueur
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle.
2 oz CW Irwin Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz pomegranate juice
1 T pomegranate seeds, plus more for garnish
.75 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
In a rocks glass, add bourbon, pomegranate juice and seeds, lime juice and honey. Add ice to fill and stir to combine. Garnish with additional pomegranate seeds and a lime wheel.
Rosemary Vanilla Droplet
1.5 oz Rosemary-Infused Backdrop Vodka
1.5 oz Vanilla-Honey Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
Fresh rosemary sprigs
In a shaker with ice, gently muddle a small sprig of rosemary. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
To infuse the vodka, add 2-3 sprigs of rosemary into a bottle of Backdrop Vodka and let sit for 3-5 days in a cool, dark place.
For the vanilla simple syrup, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 1 cup of water and 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract in a sauce pan and bring to a gentle boil. Remove from heat and cool and then refrigerate overnight.
